You will not receive any interest on payment amounts for the time that elapses between initial payment and the completion of any payment transaction. We are not liable in the event a payment transaction is not completed for any reason, including but not limited to the lack of sufficient funds, our determination not to honor a payment authorization, or the failure of communications, hardware, software or other systems of MAK Debtor Portal or its providers.
