Unless you are making a payment pursuant to an approved payment arrangement, or unless you are paying your account balance in full, making a payment will not supersede further collection activities. Your use of this online payment site is optional. MAK Debtor Portal was developed to provide you with an internet-based method to create and submit a payment on a past-due account that has been placed with Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. This communication is from a debt collector attempting to collect this debt for the current creditor and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

By using MAK Debtor Portal, you understand and agree that your submission of personal data to create and submit a payment transaction is voluntary. Please read our Privacy Statement to become familiar with our information security practices regarding your visit to this website and the data that you will submit to create a payment transaction.

Methods of Payment

By using this website, you authorize MAK Debtor Portal to designate and direct payments to other entities in the course of processing and managing your transactions. You agree that you will undertake transactions only when you have sufficient funds available to support their full and effective execution. You shall not impersonate another person or use any names or accounts without authorization. If you use electronic funds transfer you agree to provide MAK Debtor Portal an authorization in the format we request. You agree that all transactions are final and that you may not subsequently request a charge-back, or otherwise cancel or reverse a payment transaction, unless you do so prior to the date that payment will be withdrawn.

Payment Processing

Payments made through MAK Debtor Portal may take several days to clear or be fully executed. Accordingly, you should make payments at least five (5) days in advance of their due date to assure timely completion. Please note that pre-authorized payments that fall on a weekend or holiday may be processed on the business day prior. This website is not a bank, savings and loan, or regulated financial institution. You will not receive any interest on payment amounts for the time that elapses between initial payment and the completion of any payment transaction. We reserve the right to establish transaction limits and are not responsible for any taxes that may apply to payments made through MAK Debtor Portal or any related transaction. You are responsible for assuring compliance with any agreements, terms and limitations applicable to your checking, savings or debit card accounts.

General

We are not liable in the event a payment transaction is not completed for any reason, including but not limited to the lack of sufficient funds, our determination not to honor a payment authorization, or the failure of communications, hardware, software or other systems of MAK Debtor Portal or its providers. MAK Debtor Portal reserves the right to take remedial actions at its discretion, including the delay, suspension or termination of a transaction in the event that transaction is believed to be invalid or unauthorized due to fraud, mistake, violation of these terms, or any other reason.

Kirkorsky, P.C. about an account. Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. collects bank routing, checking and savings account numbers, and debit card numbers, for the purpose of executing payment transactions authorized by the user via the MAK Debtor Portal website. In order to verify transaction data, we may collect pertinent information which may include the name, social security number, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and email address associated with the holder of the bank routing, checking and saving account numbers, and debit card numbers. We also collect the creditor’s account number from the user to appropriately apply the payment transaction to the past-due account placed with Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. This communication is from a debt collector attempting to collect this debt for the current creditor and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

To service the user’s request to process a payment on a past-due account, Mark A. Kirkorsky, P.C. may share pertinent information with other entities to fully complete the payment transaction. The actions taken may include a third party payment processor, a report to the creditor of the past-due account (or their agents) that payment or payments were made, or to report such information to any other party as required to do so by law or regulation.
